Definitions

• Rental Reservation: Refers to a point-to-point pick-up and drop-off service.
• Rental Requests: Reservations made online, subject to confirmation by the owner.

What's Included

• Full usage of the e-bike during the rental period.
• Assistance from the owner for basic operational guidance.
• Helmet and safety gear (if requested in advance).

What's Not Included

• Extra charges for exceeding the agreed rental time (see Late Return Penalty below).
• Personal insurance or liability coverage for accidents or injuries.
• Charges for lost or damaged accessories (e.g., helmets, locks).

Payments

• We accept cash and GCash, which must be paid directly to the owner upon pick-up or as agreed.
• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
• A security deposit may be required for first-time renters or high-value rentals.

Late Return Penalty

• If the e-bike is not returned at the specified time, a penalty fee of ₱100 per hour will be charged.
• This penalty is applied to compensate for lost rental opportunities and operational delays.
• Repeated late returns may result in the suspension of rental privileges.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

• No-Show: Failure to arrive within 1 hour of the scheduled pick-up time will result in a 100% forfeiture of the rental fee.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Refunds for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be processed within 5 business days.

Other Important Information

• The e-bike is not for public transport (e.g., “pang-PASADA”) and is intended for personal use only.
• A ₱250 cleaning fee will be charged for significant messes (e.g., vomiting, defecating) inside the e-bike.
• Any damage to the e-bike beyond normal wear and tear will be charged for repair costs and lost rental revenue. Criminal charges may apply for malicious damage or theft.
• Renters are responsible for ensuring the e-bike is securely parked and locked during use.
• Renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid ID for verification.
